We ship across Ethiopia and abroad.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. SHIPPING IS FREE*!!! (*within Ethiopia)

Return & Exchange Policy

​

NO RETURNS. Due to the unique nature of each pair of lens, in addition to ensuring quality at NOW we do not accept returns. However, we offer exchange for your item up to 3 days after delivery, IF the item is unused and in its original condition. NOW will exchange your order with another, minus the shipping costs for the return and the cost of your lens.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at neraoptical@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
